Searching, Referrals, and Surveys - The Choice is YOURS

The feeling of getting referral points for rewards programs is really great.  You do the work of asking for the referrals and then you see that you get a good result.  It is like getting a special present when you log into the site and see that your point totals are higher than before.

How do you get more referrals?  It starts with getting your links and sharing them.  I think that one time I used some free advertising credits from one of the search engines to drive traffic to one of my reward site programs sign up.

For the most part, the traffic did not convert.  People might have clicked on the page, but they didn't follow through and sign up for online rewards site.  It was kind of hard to believe it.  I really thought that people looking for stuff online would love to get a chance to earn online gift cards and more, but for the most part, it seemed like a total downer.  Then one day, I noticed that I got a signup.  The point totals for the site really kicked up each day.

The referral user must have really liked the site because they were racking up points left and right.  It was only a few days before I was able to get a gift card as a result of their online searching.  It was really an eye opener to see how getting referrals was a great method of getting more points.

The other great thing to remember is that there are more ways to get stuff online.  Sharing information about rewards sites with your friends is only one option. Web searching, shopping online, and even using coupons could help earn you more points in rewards programs.  It all depends on what you like doing and how you like sharing.

Answering surveys is another one of those options that can deliver the big point totals quickly.  You have to spend some of your time getting through the surveys and answering them honestly.  Some of the survey questions are short which is good, but other surveys can be really long and boring.  You have to have the frame of mind to be able to handle going after the survey point totals and stick with it until the end and complete the process.

Surveys that are really long might cause some people to want to call it a day and quit the survey.  This is really a big waste of time.  When you start answering those questions, you want to get to the end and get your points.  I must admit that there have been times that I just didn't feel like moving forward with answering any more of the questions in the survey.  I just closed down the page and went on to doing something else.

If you can take the long survey process, you might get those big points that push you really closer to getting a gift card or the money that you have set as a goal.  When you complete a survey and hit the fresh button to see your total points jump, it is like a breath of fresh air.  You can see your point totals and know that you are getting close to getting what you want online.

Growing more referrals and answering survey questions are two options that people should consider.  Searching for information online is really simple to do also, but the point totals might be much lower than the other point getting options.
