I visited a surplus auction and got a bunch of free books. The books might be a little dated, but they still contain some important information.
The auction was a government auction and they had lots of interesting items. You might be surprised to see what you can get at gov auctions. The pricing at the auctions might also be right. Very low prices for technology items might help you with upgrading your tech needs.
